AMERICAN WALNUT
The American walnut tree grows in the eastern United States in mixed hardwood forests, concentrated in the central states, extending from Texas to the East Coast. American walnut is one of the few types of hardwood that naturally occurs and regenerates. It grows relatively tall and straight with several lower branches.
